[Resolved] PayUMoney — money is debited but not refund in account | |||||
I paid the mpez electricity bill by netbanking on 09/08/2017 of 317.00 rupees. Transaction was unsuccessful but amount is debited from my bank account & today till date not refund the money in my bank account or payumoney wallet. & i am also the message to payumoney many times but payumoney not response me.. What should i do?? Now i think i have go to the consumer forum if you do not solve my problem. Verified Support Aug 28, 2017 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is successful at our end. Please get in touch with the merchant in order to get the service delivery status at their end. The other two TXNs are user canceled TXNs and we have not received any amount for the same.
