[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Money is not refunded yet

I ordered boAt Rockerz 333 - Active Black using payu money from boat online store, after completed placing order my money was deducting from my bank account after that my Order has been cancelled but I got another mail saying that it is refunded. But the money is not refunded yet. It's been more than 2 weeks. Can you please look into it.
