[Resolved] PayUMoney — money not credited in bank account

My merchant id is 6710917. I have received 2 payments 36000 and 15000 on 10th july. But the money has not been credited in my account. I have marked multiple mails, but no response. In one mail they requested for the invoice . I have send the invoice also, but again no reply. I also requested them to reverse the money back to the customers account but again no response.(only auto response emails). This is monika an agriculture student. who applied for pg counseling .I made a payment but transaction has not been complete done please respond on this quickly because we left only with 2 days for payment .payment Id[protected]. Please take this compliment and respond as soon as possible
