My merchant id is 6710917.
I have received 2 payments 36000 and 15000 on 10th july.
But the money has not been credited in my account.
I have marked multiple mails, but no response.
In one mail they requested for the invoice . I have send the invoice also, but again no reply.
I also requested them to reverse the money back to the customers account but again no response.(only auto response emails).
I am on the verge of filling complaints with RBI / visa / master and other government institutions. Was this information helpful? |
This is monika an agriculture student. who applied for pg counseling .I made a payment but transaction has not been complete done please respond on this quickly because we left only with 2 days for payment .payment Id[protected]. Please take this compliment and respond as soon as possible
Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id - 261926821 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.
