[Resolved] PayUMoney — money not credited to account even after a month from payumoney

Refund by the merchant has been made since 7th september 2017 but the money has not been credited to my account even after a month, i have contacted the merchant and also sent a bank statement to payumoney as it asked, but the response i receive from payumoney is to wait for 3-5 days and i have been waiting for more than 16 days, please help on the matter, thank you.

I have ordered products worth 13503 and since he could not deliver the merchant has refunded the money on 7th september 2017 through payumoney, but even after a month the refund has not been credited to my account, i have sent may complaint to customer care but all the response i receive is to wait for 3-5 days for the money to be shown in the account, and asked me to send them a bank statement in which i did but it still has not replied after, please help solve the matter thank you.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi,

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is successful at our end. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 469 in order to get the status at their end.

Alternately for any more assistance, you can also contact us at [protected]@payumoney.com or just create a ticket at our end through https://www.payumoney.com/support.html
