[Resolved]  PayUMoney — money not credited to bank account

I have booked a ticket on irctc using payubiz gateway using my citi bank credit card and later cancelled it. On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payummp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.
The details are given below :
