[Resolved] PayUMoney — money not refunded after 15 days

I made a payment to harcourt butler technical university central bank account using your gateway on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my state bank account and then a few minutes later i got a mail telling me transaction was dropped. 15 days have already passed and my money has not returned in my account. I already made a complaint on 26-08. But i have not heard back from you. The amount deducted was 17267.70 from sbi account.
