[Resolved]  PayUMoney — money not refunded even after 7 working days

Address:Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452016

I was about to do my 2 train tickets from bpl to vsg on 2nd september 2017... As my bank was not mentioned in debit card folder of irctc... I did my transaction through payumoney portal, where my money was debited from my bank but didn't issued any ticket... Neither my money was refunded... Payumoney customer services are also not responding...

Please check the details and try to refund my money to my bank.
