[Resolved] PayUMoney — money not refunded till now 8 days gone and my boss will kill me before he do i will suicide

I had applied for bihar police and first i payment and it was failed again i try but this time i also fail and my payment was unsucessful sp total 1040 rupees deducted from my account and i have mail 10 time on [protected]@payumoney firstly they reply they will refund in 48 hours and again they said 5/7 days now almost 8 days gone and i didnot get my payment back.
