PayUMoney — My account has been suspended and my settlement of Rs. 1.36 lakhs is on hold

I have been asked for documents to be resubmitted by Payi after using the payment gateway for more than 2 years.
Once I resubmitted documents, they still held my payment settlement saying my account is suspended as money has been collected through other source and no other information.
I cannot even contact anyone from. Their team.
How to contact them and get my payment settlement
