PayUMoney — My amount kept in hold from last 5 months

I had made a transaction of RS 10000 from my credit card to premwaikhu MID no. 8064577 on March 2021.
The transaction no. is [protected] 26 March 2021.
The amount is still kept in hold.
Many ticket had been raise.
More than 3 months passed ticket is also not taken any action.
The amount didn't refund nor settle.
They are wasting my time and trying to loot my money.
I told the owner(where I made transaction) to give back my money he responded if the payu team settle the amount he will able to give back.
