[Resolved]  PayUMoney — My credit card machine isn't accepting international cards

After repeated complaints about this matter my problem has not been resolved. My machine has stopped accepting international credit cards, it used to previously. I am assured the problem is resolved but the problem still persists.
My complaint #PUMMER-341833 made on 30th December 2016
My earlier complaint is #PUMMER-336204 made on 22nd December 2016
Many others have been made by phone but there is no follow up or confirmation.
I need my complaint to be resolved at the earliest.

I have paid Rs.1150 for purchase of terifrac injecting pen on 22nd. So far, I ave not received the pen. Please inform when you will send the pen.
