[Resolved] PayUMoney — my funds settlement is on hold (continue 2 transaction is on hold) | |
Hi, payu money I am a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant id is :- 5694388. One of my customer was done 2 transaction via pay u using cc, below is the transaction detail. 04 may 2020 10.19 am, Transaction id :[protected] Description :[protected] Source id :- [protected] Amount :- 20000 Purchase from :- payment link 05 may 2020 7.58 pm Transaction id :[protected] Description :[protected] Source id :- [protected] Amount :- 80000 Purchase from :- payment link Above transaction was done on 4th and 5th may 2020, On 6th may they were asking through mail regarding additional document, to get the proof of delivery, like invoice/bill/receipt etc. To reply for the same, i attached invoice on same day, Immediately i got below reply : "your settlement is on hold Thank you for sharing the information. It will take 2 working days for us to review your information." Now 2 day already over, i did not get any call, or any mail, or any reply. Mail droped on provided mail id – [protected]@payumoney.com, I got reply from them :- (Your message to [protected]@payumoney.com has been blocked. See technical details below for more information.) Then i tried there phone number Corporate office :- haryana :- contact: +[protected]No response) Regional offices :- mumbai :- contact :[protected]Wrong no.) Benagaluru :- contact :[protected]/01 (One is only ringing, and one is auto disconnect immediately) As per pay u policy on internet, payumoney customer care is available for 24/7 and 365 days a year. On chat complaint. Then i complaint on 8th may 2020 Complaint no. Js[protected] dt :- 8/5/2020 evening (Settlement status) Complaint no. Cw[protected] dt :- 8/5/2020 night. (Settlement not received) And 9th was saturday, 10th was sunday, 11th was monday full working days is also over, and i did not get any call or reply from pay u. Dear sir, i request you please look into this matter, and transfer my money as early as possible, and if you are not able to transfer the money, please get back refund the money to the customer account. During the lock down period, we are facing very difficulties regarding money, and if your system, will block such a big transaction, then how will we survive, Thanks.
