[Resolved]  PayUMoney — my order is placed and product not received

I have placed an order for 3 shirts and paid through payumoney in zocab.com on april 4 the. Then that site was suspended. Kindly refund my amount to my account or tell me the procedure to get my money. My order ref #22006. I'm waiting for one month and i have mailed to them, they didn't response to that mail. Seems like they have changed all the contact information

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have paid my college examination fees through the above mentioned app i.e PayUMoney app and provided all the details regarding my email address phone number properly, and my payment was successful and the amount has been deducted from my account.But I have not received any receipt to my email.

I have these following 2 charges to my bank account (HDFC ending in 6397)

I never made any such transactions. Can you please explain what this is?

Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id - 6873899385 and 6873826069 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly.
