[Resolved] PayUMoney — My payment is deducted & merchant is paid but no goods dispatched

I made a purchase of 1099 to the merchant on 10th June & there is no response from the vendor. All modes of contact blocked by vendor & mobile number is not working. Enclosed documents copy of the payment & fb messenger blocked ... pay u payment is[protected]

Please note that this is a successful transaction via Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.

PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence we are unable to process a refund from our end.

So u say any criminal can engage in money laundering without fear of law or any one .. & you as a business have no no moral or social obligation towards the country & people??? just because of you are an aggregator?? are you above the law??? & and what documents were checked before you allowed them to sing up??
