[Resolved]  PayUMoney — My Payment is on hold

My payu merchant id 6036583
On[protected] i received 22900/- money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold"
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
I request your team please deposit our money in my account .. Don't play with us
