My Merchant ID is: 8732432
My settlement is pending since 2 months, when I visit my profile it says bank verification pending. I had done twice the bank verification but still it says pending. When I contact them they sent below message
"We regret the inconvenience caused. PayU is working with regulators to address some aspects. Moreover, as of now, we are not taking any new registrations due to which we are unable to complete your bank account verification. We are internally working on the same. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard. "
Mean time my settlement is still pending at Payu end from almost 2 months Was this information helpful? |
