Got message and mail by payu app showing a pop up message settlements on hold, asking for any 3 random order ids Invoice, business model explanation which was allready given in start, and pod slip . Order are of 18-20 july recent order and our website mentions we stich or import items timeline is 10-15 min days for delivery they are senselessly asking for pod slip of items in processing . Still we provided Invoices, gstin certificate, business model explanation website and all proofs with track slip reciept of all 3 order id. And since then i have mailed them and raised a ticket also in website JI[protected], and mail ticket number : 23028126 . Then also no reply no resolution and i saw online every one is calking payu fraud and they do this many times and then never replies or resolved. Even i saw they got ED Raid.
