[Resolved] PayUMoney — my subs the week 3 year subscription | |||
I made a online transaction of amount rs3000/- to aabasoft, payment id:[protected], merchant order id; aaba4184 through pay u money on 15/09/2017 through my sbi debt card.. Bank othpg no. Is[protected]. Balance has been deducted from my account but payment has not been made to the other party ie. My subs: the week subscription through aabasoft.. I have enquired to merchant they are helpless. My bank personnel told me i have to contact with you only about this issue. I have waited sufficient time but i am not get my amount. Verified Support Nov 30, 2017 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is successful at our end. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - AABA4184 in order to get the status at their end.
