[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Need Payment Receipt/confirmation/Refund - Issue not resolved

I'm unable to get the UPI id, and Merchant ID. It's showing as protected in above your response. unable to get the ID which you given in response, more over the issue not resolved so how can you mark it as resolved. Merchant says they did not received the amount, for the proof we are requested you to provide the successful transaction via PayU Id receipt/invoice . please send that to email: [protected] or you can send in this. they strictly asking about the proof of amount paid receipt and its successful
Please provide the invoice or receipt of that the amount transaction was successful at PayU end. Merchant said they did not receive the amount. If you provide the amount remitted receipt we can reach out them with this. Please help us.
