[Resolved] PayUMoney — never received ticket | |
I've bought one ticket to go to the taj mahal on feb 16 2020 on asi. Payumoney.com & i've never receive it by mail or sms. At the end of the process, i didnt see any confirmation page with an official receipt & confirmation. But only a little message saying "concurrent request exception" and "transaction is already complete". So, the transaction have been completed, credit card have been charged but still cannot receive anything. When i try to ask them to resend me the ticket, it says "tickets sent" but again, i never receive it. Was this information helpful? | |
