Dear sir/madam
Last 8june i was send the online transaction of amount 12575rs from pnb account [protected] to goibibo for hotel booking. But the amount debit from a/c. And transaction failed. Then i was filed compalint in pnb. They gave me complaint no. And said that the problem solved under 45 days but now almost 40day complete but no refund the amount. Please help me.
