[Resolved] PayUMoney — no refund on the failed transaction | |||
I have made a merchant transaction via pay u money on 20.11.2019 but the transaction failed. The amount didn't not reach my merchant neither was refunded back to me. Transaction reference [protected]. I have also raised a complaint with them on the very same day but i never got an update. I could not reach at the customer service and there is no way to reach them whatsoever except for a new help page where we raise ticket and there is no further action taken. My bank confimed me that the pay u money transaction was successful. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 26, 2019 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, your payment via TXN id[protected] has failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account.
