PayUMoney — No response from the merchant

Address:Shop no : 1017 , Ground floor, CIty Plus Mall, Jaipur, Rajsthan - 302005

I had ordered twice from the same site https://summeroutwest.in/collections/frontpage and the payment gateway was PAYUMONEY.

The first transaction was successful but my page did not load and the order was not placed which was done from Google Pay UPI (attached).

As there was no contact details on this particular site I placed an order again and paid through debit card this time. The transaction was successful and the order was placed. But there is no response from the merchant even after mailing them my problem. Placing the order again gave me this particular mail (as attached) asking me to redirect to https://urban-lady.in/ to know the status of my order which I failed to do so as the contact details aren't responsive that are provided.

I want a refund for both the transaction (total amount of Rs.996) and I want to cancel my orders for the same as there is no response from the merchant. Please look into this matter and help me out.

As checked, your both the transactions are successful via PayU Id - [protected] (UPI) & [protected] (Debit card) at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly on dharmesh.[protected]@gmail.com to get the status at their end.

Hello,

I have no reply from the merchant whatsoever. It is your sole duty to please look up to this matter and process the refund. This is a fraud company and you should re-check information before making any verified merchants. I want a strict action to be taken against this ASAP.
