I made online payment of rs. 8672.80 towards my electricity bill through sampark centre, chandigarh. After making the payment, i did not get the receipt. However, i got the sms from you that my bill is successfully paid. I wanted the receipt so i went to your site where you have written that if receipt is not generated, one can get duplicate receipt by entering the reference no. Sent by you in the sms. Here starts the problem. The site asks for the receipt no. To generate duplicate copy. But where is the receipt no. You have sent an id no.in the sms which is of no use to the customer. Kindly tell me the solution. This has happened many times with me due to your slow server. Details of my transactions are as follows:
