[Resolved] PayUMoney — non receipt of ordered item

I had ordered two sets of fortune detergent pack on 18/03/2018 vide order no.[protected] &[protected] & made payment of rs.1020/- by credit card. I have received one set. However, till date i have not received second set. Please confirm delivery status,
However, if second set is not despatched, then i would request you to please cancel my order for second set & refund rs 510/- at your earliest.
