[Resolved]  PayUMoney — non receipt of refund from irctc for cancellation of rail tickets

I cancelled my rail tickets booked under pnr no [protected] through credit card with journey date 7.12.17 partially on 8.10.17 and refund amount intimated by irctc rs 460/- and remaining on 11.11.2017 with refund amount rs. 1180/-.
I have not received the refund so far. Below is the copied data from irctc

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have submitted Rs 561 to PTU, Jalandhar account on 13/09/2017. The payment id was[protected]. Merchant Transaction Indentifier : c42ff01333f2b6794323

But PTU system didn't reflect the payment and my important document is stuck in the university from last two months.
Please do the needful as I urgently need this document.
