PayUMoney — Not received BGMI UC

Today i buy BGMI UC of RS. 380 however my amount has been deducted but i cannot receive UC.
Transition has been completed with Transition id [protected].
Please resolved my problem.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment ID [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly at [protected]@gmail.com to get the status at their end.
