[Resolved]  PayUMoney — not receiving my settlement for mid 6856336, no contacts from payumoney about my payment

My Merchant ID is 6856336, I am not getting my settlement of past payments, I updated payumoney in my website after all the verification completed, and also I got my initial settlements too. But last week suddenly when I logged in to my dashboard, I saw a verification process buttons and the Settlement in Grey Colour Lock, what is this about? After that I am not getting my settlements, and nobody contacted me from payumoney, no mail, no communication. Without a proper information you are holding my money unnecessarily, this is not good. I raised so many tickets and mailed you, but no body contacted me yet with a solution in my payment, how I can trust this payment gateway if you behave like this without proper support and solution holding my hard earned money unnecessarily.

Hello, what about my settlment, I got a mail that Investment advisors new rule from SEBI, I am not an investment advisor, I am an IT professional creating software, different category products, and one of them related to trading, I am just making software and not an Investment Advisor, why you are holding my payment like this? You can check with Investment Advisors not with an IT professionals like me. So request you to please release my payment, holding my payment will affect my routine expenses, that will affect my profession. Hope you can understand.

I made a payment today by payumoney gateway but I don't get the payment reciept having all information of payment. and while downloading the pdf file the site is not proceed further.And customer care is not picking the call.. and it is creating more problem . Instiute is not agreeing with the information what I have...
