PayUMoney — Opted for EMI option on their Payment Gateway from one of the Merchants and was instead debited with the whole amount.

I was about to make payment for an Online Education course to www.cleducate.in They use PayUMoney's payment gateway where the Option of EMI was clearly mentioned and I selected the same for my payment amounting to ₹ 21, 999 with a ₹ 50 discount from PayUMoney. I selected the EMI option of SBI and put in the details as required. The amount should have been the installment. Instead, the whole amount was charged to my credit card. I would like to have an immediate resolution to the problem.
