[Resolved] PayUMoney — order not place but balance deducted. | |
I placed an order via caseitup.in worth Rs 799 chelseafc bag pack on 12th december. Money was deducted by payumoney but order has not been placed and i want my full refund by any means. Please take action payumoney. This careless behaviour shown by both the parties has been immensely amateur and unacceptable. Caseitup.in has no proper customer care services. No integrity. The number provided for customer service is always switched off for no reason and the mails they send are all bot messages.
