[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Pay U involves with many fraud marchant s without confirming genuineness of them.

I had make an order at fashion art on 19 th August 2022.My money 3199 has been debited from my account but no any order confirmation and delivery details received from the marchant.It is a fraud marchant.Now I request you to refund my money in my bank account because you are the mediator of this transaction.I am going to complaint at RBI and also at Consumer forum if my issue not resolved within one week.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
