[Resolved] PayUMoney — pay u money debit through ivr

My card has been charged with 8884/- by payu money by claiming my sbi card is going to be cancelled if i dont pay by otp ivr press method by pay u money on 2nd february 2018. I realised this as fraud as i had got similar call after 4 days with a similar request. This time i was care ful. I also lodged complaint in pay u money on [protected]@payumoney.com.

The call was from [protected] - sanvi verma

I lodged complaint to sbi card too from my registered mail [protected]@rediffmail.com

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

My payment under transaction ID[protected] for merchant Money Desire with merchant ID[protected] for Rs 2100/= did not reach the merchant as communicated by them on phone at the time of payment. Please process for payback/refund to my account
