[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Payment debited but merchant not received and refund pending

I made a transatction through payumoney and the amount is debited from my account but not received by merchant. I lodged a complaint to bank. Bank informed be that the amount is received by payu money. Request kindly to refund the amount. The transaction details are given below. As per merchant this amount is not received at his end.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via payment Id[protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been settled to the merchant on 25/06/2020 via AUTR CITIN[protected].
