Please follow the below steps to raise your query with PayU’s buyer care team:
1. Open “https://help.payu.in” in the web browser.
2. In the “Chat support” section, select the second option “I don't have a business account with PayU”.
3. Click on the second option “No, I made a payment using PayU”.
4. Enter your transaction ID, amount and payment date to view the transaction status.
5. In case you need any further assistance, click on “Raise ticket” and submit the details.
