[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Payment deducted but ticket didn't book tajmahal visiting tickets for 5 adult and 3 children tickets

I have booked tajmahal visiting tickets for 5 adult and 3 children .I payed Rs225 by my debit card online . When I go to regenerate ticket there showing that ticket didn't book a refund will be transferred but I didn't got any refund till now.

Please follow the below steps to raise your query with PayU’s buyer care team:

1. Open “https://help.payu.in” in the web browser.

2. In the “Chat support” section, select the second option “I don't have a business account with PayU”.

3. Click on the second option “No, I made a payment using PayU”.

4. Enter your transaction ID, amount and payment date to view the transaction status.

5. In case you need any further assistance, click on “Raise ticket” and submit the details.
