[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment deducted for wrong reason

I have ordered two shirts from collaterals.com. The payment was made through payumoney (Transaction id[protected] through my credit card on 22/07/2019.. But unfortunately it is not showing in order... To my surprise.. The message from your side is also showing some payment for dapper shoes... Credit card is also showing deduction while order of shirt at collaterals.com is still showing incomplete.. Please help to inquire, to transfer money and to complete my order. Thank you.. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.
