[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment deducted from bank but not credit.

Dear sir,
I have use payumoney gateway to for making a payment but again the amount deducted from bank but not credited to other account. The description are given below.

Payment id: 8589717
Amount : 14, 984.33
Pti : [protected]
Status: y
On the first it show that status is ok and after the in second screen it show a error " we are sorry but the transaction was failed, reason : bank was unable to authenticate.
Please help me and give me reply asap.
