PayUMoney — payment deposit cancelled

Payment amount 352 by using debit card
It showed payment deposit on hold for 14 days then i contacted to care. But not response and 3-4 queries ticket send 10 before but no response, settlement will be released soon. After sometime i got a mail that says that your hold payment has been released. But just payment shows that the deposit is in progress, but in the few day it shows payment deposit cancelled for payments. When i press refund button it shows that the amount can only be refunded from the next payment you collect. Now what will i do?

Hi,
On 16th Oct, Rs.22, 559 got debited from my account while making payment through payumoney. This amount is not received by a merchant.

Please credit this amount to my account ASAP.
Payumoney is not picking up the calls.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Transaction Id[protected] Shwoing Payment deposit cancelled on payumoney 7721 Rs customer has paid on 9th jan but still i not happend any settelment, before it was showing payment deposit in progress but now showing payment deposit cancelled
