I have done payment to bbmp bangalore for the property tax payment through their portal: bbmp propery tax system through portal: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in

In which my amount was debited from my account but they have not received payment.
Its not showing on their website

My transitions ref number is *

Total amount - 25375.49
Payment was made by debite card

I have contacted at bbmp office they said give letter to your bank your problem will be solved

I have contacted to my bank they have said you have to contact to payment gateway
And said we don't know how and when you have done payment

I have mailed to payu money also but i didn't got any response from them just a token number and saying will contact you two working days still waiting for positive response from them but still waiting

Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible waiting for positive reply
