I have made a payment through payumoney gateway of my electricity bill (Reliance energy) on 25-11-17 of 7570 inr. The payment id:[protected]. I have sent them so many mails, sometime they reply sometime not.in their last reply they said to share my bank statement and i did it.. But after that they stop replying. Please help me to solve my problem.

I had booked for a RayBan p glass on 27/10/17 the product amount was Rs 949 and I have also paid the said amount through my debit card and they had told that the product shall be delivered by 04/11/2017 but I still have not received the package
