PayUMoney — Payment going to wrong account

We made an online net banking transaction to Jain International Organization and got a confirmed email. However, when i checked my account, it showed the payment has been debited and made to ibibo company. How did this happen? I made a transaction to one merchant and it goes into the account of another? Are Payumoney people mad?

I paid twice (1500 rs) to www.iriadelhi.com. In one transaction payment completed.and other trasaction money was with payumoney. I want to get back money from payumoney. transaction id[protected]. paid to. www.iriadelhi.com .Plz cancel this transaction and get back my money.above mentioned id has money with Paymoney.
