PayUMoney — payment id[protected]: this is a scam

I used payu for making a transaction of inr 2943 for a purchase.

Unfortunately my order dint go through and now my money is stuck. They have not made any contact except providing the payment id.

I have no idea how long will it take. I have been calling them, sent g email but no reply.

Ihave no option but to wait for their response. Reading all these horrifying comments it feels such a rip off.
