[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment id[protected]: this is a scary website

I was making a payment via sbi and in the excitement of placing order used payumoney which reflected as an option.
The transaction failed and an amount of inr 2943 got deducted on 25th aug 2018.
There is no refund and i have even written to them about this.
Its been 5 days and there is no refund.
I so regret using this website and will not use any other website for payment again.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi,
Your payment via TXN id[protected] is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
There was a fraudulent transaction happened on my HDFC credit card via this PAYU MONEY. Transaction id:[protected].
I didn't authorize it.
Date of incident: 28th August, 2018.
i lost 9k.
Please refund my money back.
