PayUMoney — Payment is on hold due to website verification and no one form payumoney is helping

Our Website is pending . Our client made the payment already now the money is stuck due to website verification. We have also did an trial payment of 10 RS and it came through our account. But when our client made 15000 INR its stuck what the hell is this.
and there is no way to speak to your people.

Where should I go now. This is a very bad services.
