[Resolved] PayUMoney — Payment made via payumoney to a fraudster but not get back payment

Hi,

Below seller had put ad on quickr and i paid rs 10, 000 to him for an iphone but have not received it. He is similarly trying to cheat others - i contacted him with another name and he is trying to sell the same iphone to me again. Payment was done on monday 6th march but phone not received till now and contact numbers provided are not working.

Payumoney - please do act and also pl cancel my payment and help me get my money back. Payment details:
