PayUMoney — Payment not credited

I have paid amount of rs 960, 960, and 240 on dated 02/11/2015, 14/12/2015 and 22/12/2015 respectively to FTA HSRP Solution Pvt Ltd gandhinagar vide record no 280, 222 and 133 respectively but amount has not been credited to FTA HSRP Solution Pvt Ltd gandhinagar so please refund the same amount to my account as same has been deducted from my account
