I bought online package on madeeasy website with payumoney and money was deducted from my bank account, i have received payumoney receipt but still madeeasy package is not unlocked as after payment payumoney website was stuck on do not reload page. Plus there is only support for merchants on payumoney site not for customers. At present i have failed to contact them but will update if i get any help or call from their side. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
