[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment not received for ticket cancelled over irctc

I have booked a ticket from irctc through payumoney payment gateway on 29th november, 2017 from hyderabad to durg. However, due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 15th february, 2018. Irctc shows amount refunded to payumpp but i have not received any funds in my bank account yet. Kindly look into this and refund the amount at earliest. Date of journey: 28th march, 2018 Date of booking: 29th november, 2017 Pnr number: [protected] Date of cancellation: 15th february, 2018 Refund amount: 2745 rs I have raised a ticket over irctc as well.
