I had made payment to kotak insurance for which they had provided me the link for payment which was through payumoney. My transaction got failed however the money got deducted from my account. I enquired about the issue with my bank (Bank of baroda) & also with kotak for which it was said that money is stuck with third party institution which is payumoney. The transaction has been done around 2 months back however i still haven't received the amount back in my bank account.
