PayUMoney — Payment Settlement is on Hold

Hi, my name is Yashpal. Verified Merchant of PayU. Merchant ID is 7368406. One of our customers has paid an amount of 1, 00, 000 rupees with PayU gateway on 16th March 2021 morning at 10.44 AM. The settlement is on hold. We are requested to provide some bills and invoices. After submitting, there is no response. It's been one week still our money is on hold. What kind o[censored]nprofessional service is this? Your bad service is impacting our business. We could not be able to serve our customers without payment. I kindly request PayU to settle our money 1, 00, 000 rupees to our account as soon as today.
