PayUMoney — payment settlement on hold

Our customer made payment rs 1, 27, 000 for air ticket booking through payumoney link... After payment we got message from payumoney that payment on hold and ask for proof of delivery... Booking and payment date 25 aug 2020 and we received mail on 26 aug 2020. We uploaded invoice for the booking on 26 aug 2020 and we got message as it will take 2 working days to review. As of now (30 aug 2020) there is no update about the payment. 3 bank working days completed.in this pandemic situation getting business is very hard. Guest travel also completed but payment not yet released from payumoney.

Kindly advice to get our amount or want to take legal action to payumoney
